Dog

Like cats, dogs are found in almost all populated reas of Barsaive and are often kept as pets by Namegivers of all races. They can be trained for a variety of tasks but are most frequently used as guardians.
Guard Dogs Guard dogs are trained to guard a house or an area. They bark at anyone who enters their territory and will attack if the intruder persists.
Hunting Dog Hunting dogs are trained to hunt and track down other animals and creatures. They usually try to help their masters in the hunt, but can bring down the prey if ordered to do so.
War Dogs War dogs are rare, as they need careful training. They are bred for aggression and trained for war and attack to kil on command. They are often outfitted iwth armor.
