Old Mayor Tallowpin Brambletoe is an elderly gnome at the ripe old age of 475 years old. He has been the mayor of Green reach since it's founding 250 years ago. Tallowpin is one of the few people alive who remembers the Day of Departure and is always willing to tell people stories should they sit down to speak with him. Tallowpin is a kind but firm old man.

Personal history
Tallowpin Brambletoe was born in Thistledown Keep not long after the fall of the human empire. He lived a simple life as a merchant and developed social skills and connections, some of which have lasted to this day. It was these Connections and Social skills that helped him found Greenreach. The people of Greenreach freely choose Brambletoe as their mayor due to his caring but also his conviction that he proved in the early days of Greenreach's foundy. It is a known fact that, as sweet as the old mayor seems, many have warned not to take it for granted lest there be consequences.
Morality & Philosophy
Tallowpin believes that people should have the freedom to live carefree without fear. Despite what happens, he is one of the people who holds the mindset that the Day of Departure, although a turning point, might not have been such a devastating thing for the entirety of the world; however, people just refuse to let go of the past. Because of this, he believes everyone deserves a chance to earn forgiveness at some point.
Taboos
Brambletoe is strongly against actions that impede the hard work and freedom of others. Because of this, thievery and violence are among the worst criminal acts one can attempt, and greenreach and will be met with swift justice. Additionally, anyone who is seen impeding the right to practise religion freely will receive a swift talking to.
