The Troll Tolls

Crossing the Pilgrim's Path once led across a land bridge between the Icebay Gulf and Ioun's Bay. Since the Cataclysm, much of this land has now slid away into the waters. Left with a winding pathway, a number of bridges shorten the potential pathway. In order to use the bridges, each one has a custodian who must be paid. Unfortunately, these custodians are a trio of Frost Trolls who have taken over the bridges for a lair.
Each Troll charges a fee of food or valuables to use the bridge they guard. Refusing and attempting to cross still leads to a fight, while the Trolls do little to stop attempts to swim across the waters, comfortably watching as Water Trolls flock towards the swimmer.
