Aether

Welcome to Aether!   Aether is a normal universe. Residents go to work, fall in love, and then partake in cultish activities with their alien peers. Pretty average stuff. The residents come from all sorts of locations, such as Russia, New York, a distant and civilized yet unnamed planet, another dimension, and even Hell, which is a city in Australia. Australia! Such a wild place. Residents also have plenty of unique backstories, and here are some of our favorites, such as: a medevial scientist who creates the black plague, gets executed, and then is reincarnated along with his accidental gay lover; a demon from Hell (yes, Australia!) who likes to do graffiti of the word “Ethereal”; two teenage twins who steal the identities of adult teachers to start a children’s revolution; and a little girl who likes to break things and talk to an imaginary dog. So interesting! Residents may come from pre-apocalyptic Earth, or post-apocalyptic Earth, which are very different but also very similar. They’re different because an apocalypse has happened. They’re similar because it is still Earth. Most happenings in Aether focus around Earth, the most civilized, populated, and quite frankly the most interesting location, though you sometimes hear of the distant and civilized yet unnamed planets, or maybe of similar planets, except they are named. All in all, Aether is very normal. Humans, demons, gods, aliens, computer programs, little girls, and homosexuals alike all agree that Aether is the best universe they could ever be in.
