Aethel Caeloria

The Aalarelai Bloodline: The current reigning King is Filarion Aalarelai, son of Eca Aalarelai. The King’s brother is Ralnor Aalarelai, his advisor, and he has a son, Linthuwai Aalarelai, the Commander of the Varcanai Guard for the kingdom. Filarion’s Wife is Lensa Aalarelai, and their elflings are Prince Vaeril, who is next in line for the throne, and Princess Zestari, who is the Seed of the Starlight Veil.

It was created by the God, Nelaeryn (Knee-lay-er-in) – a vast nature and star lover. Nelaeryn was always at peace while looking up at the stars, which inspired him to create a kingdom in his image. He wanted his people to be protected by that which he loved, the luminous white stars above. He made a mystical tree with roots delving so deep into the planet that it would be near impossible to destroy the kingdom. The roots of this tree were fuelled with the rare saer properties of the stars and flowed through the cavities of his kingdom’s monument of importance; The Starlight Veil, a giant maple and white-leafed tree. This monument fuelled everything throughout the kingdom and bore an unlimited supply of its rare starlight properties in three layers of small wooden fountains created from the tree’s branches found at the sides of the tree. Every night, starlight would transfer its light down from the sky and fill the Starlight Veil’s fountains, making it incredibly mystical. Surrounding the tree, there were small gardens, silver and prism white ponds, steamy springs, and clean stone pathways. It was named ‘Aethel Caeloria’ (E-thell Kay-lore-e-ah) “A City Among Stars” because it brought him peace. The name was derived from one of his favourite stars that could be seen with the naked eye from the Ca’rthavial Vales not too far from the kingdom, and the star was one of the brightest within the universe; Caelorian Avialgeontrix.

Through the unity and dedication of the common folk, the royal bloodline, and the Varcanai Guard, Aethel Caeloria was restored to its full glory and shone once more. Generations of elves have been able to enjoy the fruitful and peaceful life they exist in because of their ancestors. 

The kingdom now withholds 375,000 elves, with the Aalarelai bloodline ruling over them.
