Culture
Common Dress code
Mallinite families often show off their education in the form of tattoos around the wrists and collarbone/shoulder area. These are added to and made more complex as a person progresses through different levels of education. The tradition of tattooing the wrists and neck hails back to a time when the Mallinites were enslaved by a now extinct group known as the Farrions, as a way to cover up the scars left by manacles and collars. Over time this morphed into a sign of prestige amongst the Mallinites, and is now heavily linked to prowess and freedom.
