Guhl-ghalal
Also known as Golgolah and Keridan in some human cultures and colloquially as Grandmother, Guhl-ghalal is most often represented as an old crone or sage. She is the Aia of wisdom, the elderly, spiders, stories, winter, the cold, and death. Despite some negative connotations, she is not evil. She is also the goddess of judgement, and in most mythology, the souls of the dead appear before her for judgement. She appears in the sky as a bright, yellowish point of light. Her cult is particularly popular in northern latitudes and among the dwarves. The elves call her Elli or Morrigan.
