Tondura

The second oldest settlement of humans in the north. Tondura became the epicenter of the Northern Militia of Elitists (NME), a rich and powerful private army. The aristocratic elitist society that originally populated parts of Heathridge centuries ago decided they were better than the average "seadog" trash that were quickly overpopulating the still blossoming small city, and decided to move to Islands in the west. There they established Their private militia which over the years has trained over generations to produce some of the most formidable human warriors of the north.
