Prodderan
The people of the great forest land. These peoples have been mostly isolated from the rest of the world. Within the most heavily vegetated region of the planet. They have had access to greenery and wild life the rest of the world has not. Prodderans feel a very close connection to nature. As it has provided them with nourishment and life. Civilizations here are mostly comprised of tribes. Some are nomadic hunters while others are stationary agriculturists.

Unisex names
Prodderan Tribes typically name their children after small animals or plants. (sprout, faun etc.)
Later in life when the person matures they choose their own named based on their deeds and accomplishments.

Major language groups and dialects
One common language is spoken throughout the great forest. Some tribes may use unique variations of the Proderran language
Average technological level
Wooden and stone tools are the norm. Irrigation, agriculture and hunting skills are superb. Canoes are used for swift travel throughout the forest's vast river system. Proderra (Nature, Elemental, Healing) magic is commonly used by shamans for healing or farming purposes. Seemingly primitive to other civilizations these people are well educated on how to survive and harvest the yield of nature.
Common Customs, traditions and rituals
Proderran observe the Proderran Calender (Moon Cycles). The animal spirits associated with each lunar cycle influence spiritualistic rituals amongst the people.
Funerary and Memorial customs
It is common among the tribes to bury their deceased with a tree seed and hope their spirit is reborn with the tree.

Unnecessary destruction of nature or loss of life.

Beauty Ideals
Ideals vary from tribe to tribe, but typically natural signs of health, strength, and fertility are considered attractive.
Gender Ideals
It is typically assumed that males are the warriors and hunters of the tribes, while females are the farmers and shamans. There are always exceptions to this though.
