Forthright Springs

The remains of what was once a small town located in the outer region of Vahlta. A small lake supplies the town with water for agriculture. The land is mostly dry though. It was recently attacked by the Low-land Outlaws . Most of it's inhabitants were slain and many of its buildings were razed.
It is now used as an example of what can happen to Vahltain settlements when they don't pay full taxes for military protection.

Government

The small town pays its taxes to the Vahltain government, though they pay the minimum tax and do not receive protection from the military. A retired veteran named, Rillan Poleaxe is the designated leader of the town.

Defences

The town is mostly defenseless as attacks are not expected. The populas is armed with basic farm equipment and few actual weapons.

Industry & Trade

The town is able to trade its crops to other towns for the goods they need.

Infrastructure

thatch roof cottages made of stone and clay. An irrigation system is used to water their crops. Many of the houses were burned to the ground.

History

An escaped slave from the lowland outlaws was hiding out here. Chine , gerry Bonnerman, and Nosty. Convinced the town to fight the outlaws. This resulted in heavy casualties and destruction.
