Abin

The smell of fresh fish is present. As this towns economy is based on fishing. An unknown illness has recently been plaguing the town.

Government

The town's mayor, Joan Nortin answers to Helen Paladin of Virtue. Joan is sick with Scombroi and dying.   Helen: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge. Her long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines hazel.

His motto is "Remember to always keep it reel". He is Lou's brother and they often dispute business and personal matters in public. Especially when Rusty indulges heavily in drink.   Crossed Grindstone (Smith): Owned by Olivia Fatrabbit. A short and plump woman with long blonde hair. Her numerous children run about the place being noisy. All things considered she works hard to make the metal tools needed by the town's fishing industry. (Iron Hooks, Knives, Chains, Hammer, Nails, Anchors, Harpoons/Spears, Hook Net)   Abin Firetower: This tall structure provide's a beacon of light fueled by fish oils and fats to that sailors can find their way back to the dock on foggy and dark nights.
