Scavenger

Generally considered far less attractive than their peer, even repulsive, scavenger aarakocra are often shunned by society. Even in aarakocra settlements, they tend to occupy grim solitary functions if they do not live secluded from others. Sometimes, a small number of scavenger aarakocra will assemble in a reclusive community, but they otherwise rarely bond. When interacting with others, many have adopted a particularly manipulative attitude, sweet talking those who would not be intimidated by them. Their appearance could be that of an humanoid raven as easily as it could be that of a vulture.
