In my mind this world is similar to Earth when it comes to the ecosystem. Animals are the same, humans still exist, along with different races and languages. Basically just like the world we live in now. Along with the similarities I'd say their is a much bigger category of differences. There are not as many cities, and civilizations like towns are smaller and much more seldom to come across. As well as their being two different species of people, the Hybrids and Humans. Hybrids are people who not only have traits and abilities of animals but also have the ability to turn into the animal, but they don't really enjoy doing it. Humans are biased towards hybrids and fear they are a danger to them. So humans built huge cities for themself and surrounded them with giant walls, banning Hybrids from ever coming in. If it couldn't get any worse, after awhile the humans decided to start testing on Hybrids for their own needs and pay human citizens to go out and hunt Hybrids. So Hybrids not only live in poverty and crime stricken towns, but they also live in fear of being murdered.
