The End of the Primal Aeon And The New Creation

50000

The gods starts rebuilding. Life starts anew.

The war had been brutal and it seemed that no life had survived the collateral damage of Titans and Gods. Though the ruins of what they had made still drifted through the great void, they set about creating something new.   At the heart of their new world, they made a grand forge and placed within it the heart of Surtr, ever burning. Raging with hatred, the gods named this place Hell and the creatures that sprung from the sparks of this forge, they named Devils.   To keep it from burning all things, they set around Hell a great sea, fashioned from the blood of Nenu, ever flowing. Endlessly churning and changing they named this sea Abzu and the creatures that crawl from it, they named Leviathan.   To give all their children a safe place to live, they wrapped around Abzu the flesh of Gaia, ever loving. Infinitely fertile, they named this place Terra and the creatures that grew from it, they named Animals.   To give all people winds to fill their sails, they set around Terra a cloak made from the breath of Caelus and they named it Aether. Mercurial and proud, they called the creatures that sprung from the winds Jinn.   Lastly, they wrapped a shield around their new world, placing upon it the shining cities of heaven and they named it The Firmament. Loyal and devoted to good, they called the creatures they shaped there Angels.
