Ozymandias becomes king of Nemeria and ushers in the Third Dynasty.

During the Second Dynasty, the Hierophants had slowly been losing influence. None of the kings or queens particularly liked having their practices questioned by a powerful caste of spellcasters. This culminated during the reign of King Tep-Amet.
No longer content with being pushed to the fringes of society, the Hierophants approached Tep-Amet’s brother, Ozymandias.
Ozymandias was an architect and a man with no small ambitions, but his status as second son had permanently placed him beneath the heel of his much less competent brother. No one thought much of him, seeing him as an idle artist content with doodling drawings of theoretical buildings. While he hated his brother, the thought of treachery had never entered his mind. Until the Hierophants placed it there.
The Hierophants made Ozymandias a simple offer; They would provide their temple guard and magic to help overthrow his brother. In return, he would place the Hierophants at his side in the court.
Ozymandias agreed immediately.
The assassination was swift and brutal as the temple guards rushed into the throne room, cutting down the bodyguards. It was Ozymandias himself who cut the head off of Tep-Amet with his khopesh.
Crowning him on the spot, Ozymandias became the first monarch of the Third Dynasty.
