Kellan Achala

The city’s sheriff, Kellan once served as a Taldoran mercenary. When he had saved enough money, however, he decided to instead settle down in Thornwall, a city he thought far away from any troubles. While he has only two deputies, he has effectively put together a small Militia to protect the city from goblins and other minor pests. Untrained and undisciplined, however, they are an ineffective defense at best.
