Elysium

A place of endless merriment, joy, and happiness, Elysium consists of glowing clouds upon which bliss flows as easily as wine, where music is always in the air and of lakes so clean you can see the bottom of even the deepest ones. In Elysium, every joy is quickly replaced by a new, even grander joy. There are no rulers here, no laws and every being residing here is happy that it is so. Everything is beautiful and nothing is forever.
Home to the Azata, creatures of freedom, art, and beauty, the only danger of Elysium to a traveler is that he would never wish to depart it once found.

The Divine Spheres

While there are no rulers of Elysium, the most powerful inhabitants of the plane have banded together to protect Elysium against its enemies. These are called The Spheres and consists of:

Brunhildr, representing the Valkyries
Raphael, representing the Angels of Elysium
The Buddha, representing the Bodhisattvas
Black Butterfly, representing the Azata
Pu Lao, representing The Off-spring of the Dragon Emperor
Xuanwu, representing The Four August Symbols
Ganesha, representing the Deva
