Was once just a large fortress for defending against a possible invasion by Copari during the Courting of Ejiri, but has since blossomed into a grand city. The fortress stands in a rebuild state, largely meant as a symbolic show of power and defiance (and unnecesarily gaudy gloating if you were to ask nearby Coparians.)
