issalon

issalon is an ancient desert settlement, which once was a bustling city-state, and has a long rich history. in recent years, it has been isolated from the eubah river, it's primary sustenance, by eagle empire. it's residents are mixed races. majority sand race, with a large minority of plains race and small minorities of other races.
