Sovereign Calendar

Aeash uses the Sovereign Calendar. A year has 365 days, divided into 12 months. Each month has 3 weeks, and those equal 30 days - a week in Aeash lasts 10 days. As that only makes for 360 days, there are 5 days that are set in between months to honor the passing of seasons and years.

Every thousand years, a new age is named by divine providence - or, as some cynical individuals would phrase it, the whim of a few influential priests. The time before and during the Lullaby War is known as the Age of Suffering. The time after the Lullaby War is known as the Age of Slumber.
