Gold Coin

All major canals lead to the Gold Coin in the heart of the inner city, home to the Floating Market and center stage. At the Coin's center is a circular stage upon which entertainers sometimes play - it is said that to truly succeed as a performer in Estea is to be invited to peform upon the center stage, a privilege afforded to few and highly coveted by many a young bard. An area of open water forms the Floating Market itself, surrounded by a segmented ring of amphitheatre-styled steps. Around the outside of the steps, forming the outermost edge of the Gold Coin, small shops, theatres and other buildings can be found. One such establishment used to be the Silverlight Theatre, renowned and named for its enchanted silver harp.
