Corellon Larethian

As the patron of arcane magic and the fey, Corellon is revered by elves, arcane practitioners, artists, musicians and those who value beauty in all things. They are said to have planted the ancient forests that sometimes connect to the Feywild.
Corellon holds domain over arcane magic, and steers the flow of magic into the world. They preside over the Arcane Wellspring in the celestial realms that lends its energy to all realms, including the prime material, in order to allow mortals to shape parts of the world around them with magical energy.
Long before the Sovereign Host was formed, Corellon was known to clash with Gruumsh, the god of the orcs, who has always sought to conquer and defile all things beautiful, inspiring the long-lasting enmity between the races of orcs and elves. The most well-known of Corellon's legends tells of how they bested Gruumsh in combat, costing him one eye.
Before she gave in to her darker ways, Lolth was Corellon's wife. They created the elves together.

Avatar

Corellon is a deity that defies gender, and is therefore depicted as an androgynous, if clearly elven figure. Their depictions tend to feature long hair in shades of blonde, delicate clothing, arcane artifacts, jewellery, flowers and vines, and often pastel colorations of turquoise, green and pale pinks. Their face is often painted with intricate designs that elves especially are known to mimic with face paints and tattoos.
