Blade of Clan Lostore

This dwarven longsword thirsts for blood. In order to use it's magical abilities, it must be given at least a drop of blood within the last 24 hours. It is covered in runes to the dwarven gods.
When you attack an inanimate object with this word and hit, maximize weapon damage dice against the target. When you attack a creature and roll a 20 on the attack roll, the target takes an extra 14 slashing damage. Roll another 20. if you roll a 20 you lop off one of the target's limbs.
You may speak the blade's command word to cause it to shed bright light ina 10 foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet. Speaking the command word again or shathing the sword puts out the light.
