Education

Childhood   Because she spent the majority of her time in the Court of the Spring Seat with her mother, Voweyla was taught the basics along with the other children of the court. She learned to read and write in Gwyrian and Omnian. Learned basic arithmetic, as well as the history and current affairs of her people.   In the spring, when her father -- a member of the Roving Guard -- returned with the herds of reindeer, she would spend her time with him, learning very practical things in relation to foaling and raising the reindeer. She also was steeped in the rich lore and stories of those who live the nomadic life, traveling with the Fahliana -- the reindeer herds.   Roving Guard   When she is 14 years old -- she is bonded to a Draudhen...a snow white reindeer which is largely accepted to be one of the Lowborne...a magical species of beings. She names him Romen. Because of this bond, she is accepted into the Roving Guard at a younger age than normal, joining the ranks of the Sole-Riders; guard members who spend time scouting ahead or behind on their own.   Her education from this point on is purely related to the functions of her duty. Riding, fighting, hunting, gathering, and performing the rituals related to caring for the Fahliana. As one bonded to a Draudhen, she takes a larger role in performing these rituals, becoming a high priestess of sorts, even though she is very young.

Employment

Currently in exile.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Youngest member of the Roving Guard in the last century. Bonded to a Draudhen -- an extremely rare occurrence.

Mental Trauma

Nearly killed by an Assassin of the High Anima, who was jealous and threatened by Voweyla's bond with the Draudhen. She goes into self-exile when the High Anima threatens her mother and father. Extremely homesick. Shaken and unsure of what to do.

Social

Family Ties

She is a member of the Doledh Fier...a family of the Fell Gwyr which can trace its lineage back to the very earliest days of her people's exile from their Gwyrian homeland.

Religious Views

Believes in Lian -- the mother spirit of the earth, who is known by her Breath which can be seen in mist and steam, and heard and felt in the wind through the grass of the steppe and the leaves of the copses. She believes that it is her people's duty to be stewards of the face of Lian -- to beautify and protect it. If they do well, then Lian will send blessings in the form of prosperity. This is most prominently felt in the form of the Fahliana -- the reindeer from which the Fell Gwyr draw most of their sustenance. Worship is shown mostly in ritual prayers of thanksgiving for sustenance and wealth. If adherents show gratitude for what is provided, and prove to be good stewards of what they are given, then they will continue to be blessed.

Social Aptitude

Independent, introverted except when hunting or fighting. Quiet but observant. More social when with her own people, but having never left her home before now, she is extremely overwhelmed by the outside world.

Hobbies & Pets

Pet reindeer that tuned out to be a super hot dude who can shift into full man or full reindeer mode, or in between into a kind of reindeer-themed centaur.

Wealth & Financial state

None to speak of...was never important to her.
