The Capital of the Starbound Empire it acts as the central trade and communication hub for the nation. With an educational focus on the past this city has become a beloved place for anyone seeking knowledge about the Adronis kingdom.

Demographics

This city is home to many different humanoid races ranging form human to beast-folk. Most of the population is comprised of the core races with an air of discomfort form the more bestial or monstrous of race. As you move through the districts you wiill find that the wealth of the citizen here increases as you get closer and closer to the inmost ring.

Government

The head of the city is the emperor who oversees everything that happens in the city. No new laws or regulations are put into place in this city with out first passing the emperor. To help run the city and empire there is a council of representatives that help over see the the rings of the city as well as help the emperor make decisions that benefit the empire as a whole.

Defences

Large bridge walls intersect each ring of the city for the manna-rails this allows them to build these high watchtowers that overlook the entire city. as well as Air-dock Alpine house the cities sizeable fleet.

Infrastructure

This large city is barren of all dirt roads instead using cobblestone in their roads. One cannot miss the site of hundreds of Arakocrin messages flying way above darting in and out of their various towers. A large airship dock can also be seen in the inner ring of the city. With the city being focused on the history of those before them they have built up a vast repository of knowledge and artifacts all stored in their various libraries and museum. a major thing that this city is know for is its vast network of public transportation from the flying coaches to the mana-rail.

Districts

The First Ring or outer most ring is the farming ring. With it being the only ring on with outer a wall separating it from the outside world, most if not all of the farmland of the city is done in the outer ring. The Second Ring is a housing ring. while there is housing in every ring of the city this is where most of the people live. Both small alleyway shacks and large manors can be found here. The Third Ring is the market ring. This ring housing multiple bazaars, many large specialty shops and manufacturers are found here. they say you can spend a week lost in just one of the bazaars and not even see them all. The Fourth Ring is the educational ring. This is the repository of knowledge for the people of this city. many scholars flock here to study ancient history and magic alike citizens  are often seen visiting the libraries and museums that are free to the public The Fifth RingIs the political ring. Sitting above even the tallest buildings in the other rings this innermost part of the city houses many of the integral buildings in the city. The Scarlet Tower, Stargazer Palace, Lacrin embassy, and Air-dock Alpine.
