Malghorian
Malghorians hail from the middle of Eskor. They are mountain folk, mostly found in settlements on or around Eskor's Teeth.
In the past they used to have their own kingdom named Malghor, but in recent years, their territory has shrunk and is now part of The Kingdom of Sodoria. Malghorians are found in many other settlements and villages in East Eskor.
The Malghorians claim to be descendants to the first people of Eskor and frown at the classification of an Eskorian. Many of them call Eskorians immigrants or "Gotkas".

History
Early Days
Old Malghor was stripped of much of its previous power. Its ruler and high ranking generals were put to the sword and many noble families were exiled. During this transition period, Malghor was ruled by a representative from North Cliff . The interim Lord was Varb Rune, King Asger's cousin. Varb was killed during the Malghorian Rebellion . His family was slaughtered and his estate burned down by rebels. There is not much information left about his time as interim lord of the province of Malghor because the fires burnt most of the documents in his estate. Historians have collected speculations about him based on information passed down by the populace.Recent Events
The fief of Malghor is under the rule of House Darkbrook . Hivar Darkbrook is the liege lord of the fief. Relations between House Drystan and House Darkbrook are shaky at best. Malghorians are fond of battle experience and ruthlessness, traits that King Armine Drystan does not posses. The province of Malghor has been wary of historians and researchers, therefore most of my accounts are based off purchased information, therefore it is somewhat unreliable. Traditions
Malghorian traditions align with physical strength, valor, forests and mountains. They are anti intellectualism and abhor people who live lives of luxury.Physical Strength
Many arguments are resolved by fighting or physical tests. There are no written rules on what is allowed, when two people shake hands and agree on an outcome, they have to follow it though by Malghorian law. At times, arguments are settled by two fully armored and armed opponents fighting to the death. Other times, bare knuckle boxing is the resolution. In some occasions they resolve it by a hunting, fishing or strength challenge.Valor
Gladiatorial Combats are very popular in Malghorian culture. Many slaves or captives can earn their freedom by fighting valiantly in these exhibitions. A Malghorian's word means everything to them. To give someone their word, they use the term "Vnima" and give a firm handshake. Some, less honorable folk will say the words "I give you my word" without saying "Vnima", or they will say the correct words without giving a handshake.Forests
Malghorians claim to be attuned to the forest. They do not shy away from reaping the forest's natural resources, but are very protective of it against outsiders. There is a Festival of the New Leaf that is organized in the month of Beor. During this festival, old trees cut up and made into bonfires and forest animals who are deemed to be pests to nature are hunted and eaten.Mountains
There are an unknown amount of Malghorian tribes in the mountains named Eskor's Teeth. Malghorian celebrate the Festival of the Teeth as an homage to these tribes, who they believe guard them from many dangers. The Festival is organized in the month of Damm.Religions
Malghorians are found in many areas of Eskor, they are not bound to worship a certain religion. Here is a list of popular deities among Malghorian folk:Good
