The proud kingdom of Atera has been a beacon of order and prosperity for centuries. Its philosophy emphasizes restraint in the use of magic and maintaining order. Atera has maintained order in the northern half of Fornost for centuries. Their ever-present enemies are the orc clans that make their residence in the southern portions of Fornost. Ateras have attempted many times to expand their borders on Fornost and elsewhere in order to impose order on an otherwise chaotic world.
Demography and Population
The population of Atera is primarily composed of humans, however there are denizens of many other races that call the kingdom their home.
