Tiefling

Tieflings are one of the races that were never formally introduced into Adatia. In contrast to the other races such as orcs and lizardmen there was no large exodus from another world before Adatia was cut off from other planes of existence. Instead, occasionally an individual, whose ancestry contains a tiefling, would have a tiefling child. Most of these tieflings do not survive their first years, and the few that do survive their infancy seldom grow in a stable and happy family.

Tieflings take on the physical characteristics of their parent species, but additionally have two horns adorning their head.

Genetics and Reproduction

Tieflings, due to being mostly shunned, rarely reprodce. Sometimes another sentient individual may have a tiefling child if their ancestry contains a tiefling.

Tieflings are shunned by most societies. As a result tieflings do not have their own culture and tend to live on the fringe of society, living of the scrabs.
