Human

Humans are a curious race. They have, at least in comparison to other sentient races, an exceedingly short lifespan. They are not significantly smart, fast or strong. They are average in every conceivable way, and yet they have made the world their own. Dwarfs and elves will wait centuries to make their ambitions a reality. Gnomes and Halflings care little for the machinations of the world. Humans will, with an uncanny frequency, do everything in their power to change the world to their liking, or more often than not fail spectacularly.
