Pretty chill society, but a town council is elected to make sure the halflings are happy. In other places they appoint one leader to lead them.

History

In the middle species. Not created first, but not last either. They were created during the draconic civil war, to balance out all of the peace. Originally they were created by only the most powerful of gods, but their greatest heroes and adventurers became their true pantheon. These adventurers ascended to divinity and became the halfling gods. The halflings lived in isolation for 20000 years when 2 families decided to make 2/3 of halflings more open to society, and became a trade and religious power.

Interspecies Relations and Assumptions

On pretty good terms with pretty much everybody. They're always cheery and kind, and people dont hold much against them.
