The Akkadian Order
The Akkadian Order is the biggest religion within Paradise it is worshipped within the capital and throughout the capital fields. Even though they are a relatively new religion they have amassed more followers than any other this is because of the clear evidence for the existence of their gods. They follow the word of Akkadia, the god of civilisation and the other planetary gods that exist within Adamant.
The actual religion was founded by Akkadia, Gilgamesh, himself as a way of amassing praise from the people the other gods being worshipped is just collateral. Akkadia is fine with this as long as they remember that he is number 1 the best in the world.
The Akkadian Order is the only religion that holds any lawful power in the kingdom. They are intertwined with the government closely and as such help them uphold the law. They are a decently lax religion so the people don't worry about being flayed for being a heretic.
Structure
Akkadia is the absolute head of the church. They are lead properly by a high priest and a small council of the high paladin, high cleric, great inquisitor and grand missionary. Each member of the small council then leads a section of the religion: The paladins, Clerics, Inquisitors and Missionaries.
Public Agenda
To ensure that all the people live in the light and glory of Akkadia and his subjects. (The subjects being the other gods) As such they ensure the well being of the people is being kept to a high standard. Or it was that. The entire religion went threw a coup and now helps Artoria being her greatest supply of meat. The people heralded the union of church and state but it has just brought greater misery to the people. The church demands more money, more service and more flesh.
Assets
They have a grand cathedral within the capital as well as two in Valkyrie's Spear and Medbtown. They also have great masses of wealth thanks to donations from the wealthy and the poor.
History
The religion was founded shortly after the creation of Paradise by a man or woman who has been lost to time. Their name is not important what is important is the legacy of care and love they left behind which is now being tainted by the high minister and her peacekeepers
Mythology & Lore
They believe the demon king always ruled over the planet. The civilisations of the world were built on borrowed time. They were doomed to fall because their hubris was too great. They believed they could hold civilisation when they had no power. But Akkadia does. He and his subjects beat the demon lord and erected this grand civilisation as a second chance for the mortals. A chance we cannot squander.
Divine Origins
The religion was born from the wrecked and broken minds of the survivors of the cataclysm. The founder saw the people tearing themselves apart. So he spoke words he knew would calm them down. He founded the religion in order to bring people together, a religion of hope and unity that would silence the conflict and bring only joy.
Cosmological Views
This world is just one of many but it is the one that Akkadia chose. The rest are merely waiting to be taken by Akkadia a conquest that will come when we are ready and Akkadia deems the time has come.

Always protect those around around you. Do not walk past those that need help. In order for civilisation to survive the people must help each other.

They help those around them and drink to Akkadia
Priesthood
Priests are appointed by the small council out of a chosen few of true faith. They are distinguished by white and golden robes with the symbol of Akkadia on them.
