Lord Rogon Feldaath
One of the noble controllers of the Thundered Electrum guild. He owns Golton and as such is extremely wealthy. He was brought to the capital with the other nobles and corrupted with the other nobles. He alongside Urbosa's Stand is the Order's biggest financial backers. Because of this he was chosen by Artoria to be one of her peacekeepers. He keeps the nobles of the Scorched Lands happy and the slaves in line. He is hated by the common folk but adored by the nobles.
His birthday is the 20th of Medbril.

Personal history
He was born into a very poor family within Thunder's Landing. When he was born the storm lands were producing very little food so many families were starving. It wasn't until Tamamo moved from the Capital plains to Thunder's Landing in the year 0 that things started getting better. Her blessing allowed food to grow in abundance. Every person within the city loved and praised Tamamo and her kitsune and angel helpers.
From the age of 5 Rogon was working in the fields. It wasn't until the age of 20 that Rogon ventured out of Thunder's Landing with a few of his friends in search of ways to attain more income for Stormfell. They headed for the Scorched lands after they heard rumours of more ore appearing recently in the area (This is due to the excavation of the stone Giants). Once they arrived there they found three areas of value: One with a high quantity of gold, one with a high quantity of ore and one with a high quantity of sturdy rock. They split the areas between them establishing 3 towns. One of these was Golton which Rogon built.
These three towns made them all extremely rich. They returned to Thunder's Landing and established the Thundered Electrum guild.
