Leonidas West

Leonidas West, also known as the Robot God or the Nameless One, was an incarnation of Udan, the spirit of darkness. He was the main cause for the War of the Artefacts, and he exterminated most of the great clans of Acciphere in his quest for the Artefacts. He was killed by Lucas, the incarnation of Fidan in the War of the Artefacts.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Leonidas was part cyborg, so he can fly. However, the human part of him was very great physically too. He was a very strong and healthy man.

Body Features

Leonidas was part cyborg. Metal jutted out from various places in his body, except his head, which was completely human. His hands weren’t robotified , which is the main reason why Leonidas could actually manipulate the elements, because human hands made out of flesh and bones are very important to do so.

Special abilities

Leonidas could fly with the help of his metallic feet and could control all four elements. Being an incarnation of Udan, Leonidas could manipulate all the elements of nature. He had great knowledge of clan scriptures and was considered one of the greatest benders of all time.

Apparel & Accessories

Leonidas sometimes carried a cane, which doubled both as a walking aid and weapon. The cane was enchanted, and could actually manipulate elements. Leonidas wore a white shirt and black trousers. He had metallic feet. He sometimes also wore a grey or black cloak.

Personal history

Childhood

Leonidas West had a difficult childhood. He was born in a Water Clan household, but his mother and father died at sea. Leonidas was 8 years old at the time. He was reduced to living on the streets, begging for food. It was likely then that his extreme ideologies developed.

Water Apprentice

At the age of 10 years, Head Watermaster Ira came across the boy begging. Recognizing that he was of the Water Clan, Ira took Leonidas in, training him at the monastery in the North Water Kingdom for the next 7 years. Leonidas was banished from the monastery for secretly trying to use the Water Artefact without proper training by Ira. Leonidas left the monastery, vowing to return and make the monastery pay for banishing him.

Extermination of the Four Great Clans

Little is known of what happened to Leonidas for the next fifteen years. He developed his robot army that gave him the name “Robot God” and resurfaced. He exterminated the Fire Clan hoping to find the Fire Artefact, but it eluded him. While he destroyed the Fire Clan, he lost his right and left leg in the process, eventually replacing them with metal and becoming a cyborg. He also lost bits of flesh in many places, which were also replaced by metal. He however studied the Fire scriptures for an year, gaining enough knowledge to manipulate and transform fire without the Artefact. He also succeeded in calling the Dragon of Fire back to life and made it his puppet.
He then travelled to Astrapi, a village of the Clan of Lightning and laid waste to it. He succeeded in pulling Lightning Clan Head of Security Adrian to his side, in exchange for not hurting Adrian’s brother Lucas and leaving the other village of the Lightning Clan, Keraunos, alone. Then, he returned to the monastery in the North Water Kingdom. He destroyed the monastery, killed Head Watermaster Ira and took the Water Artefact as his own.
Then, he travelled around the world, exterminating the remnants of the Water Clan and Earth Clan. However, the Earth and Fire Artefacts couldn’t be found by him. Lucas managed to get the two Artefacts, however, only to have Leonidas steal them from him through trickery.

War of the Artefacts and Death

Using the three Artefacts, Leonidas killed the Elders and claimed Acciphere as his own. Decimating the city of Banswick, he launched a war against the other Kingdoms and Lucas. He called and incorporated the power of the three Power Beasts Graken, Itsumo and Haruno into himself, but ultimately lost to and was killed by Lucas after Lucas called and incorporated the twin Power Beasts of Lightning Ascendion and Agordion into himself. In this process, Lucas was also killed.

Education

Leonidas was never formally educated, but he spent 7 years as an Apprentice in the Water Clan and studied the scriptures of all clans extensively.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Leonidas, though living a short life, accomplished a lot of things in his life. His stage of life as a Water Apprentice earned him some very important skills, which would help him on in later life. As of now, Leonidas was the only one who mastered the scriptures of the Clan of Water, without ever becoming a Watermaster. He also single-handedly took down all the Four Great Clans of Acciphere, and he deserves recognition for it. He also mastered how to control all four natures, which makes him the only person on Acciphere to ever do so.

Intellectual Characteristics

Leonidas was known to be very smart and knowledgeable, especially about Power Beast lore and Clan scriptures. He is known to have a cool mind during battle, and can make excellent decisions even under pressure. He’s also very observant in nature.

Morality & Philosophy

Leonidas followed some extreme ideologies, which were most likely due to his rather bruised childhood. Leonidas felt that all Clans were the cause of misery in the world, and that the Elders were wrong in their support of the four Clans. This feeling was amplified after his banishment from the Water Clan.
Arguing that the great Clans had no place on Earth, he exterminated the Clans and tried to steal their Artefacts.
However, Leonidas was known to be kind and generous to non-Clan members. He hated human soldiers and clan members with a vengeance. He was particularly kind to beggars and people on the streets, because he felt a certain kinship with them.
