The ruling body of River Thrones. Members of this esteemed council consist of the most powerful merchants and traders on Abaddon . The only way of appointment is by unanimous vote amongst the sitting members but rumor say that you actually have to buy votes of the sitting members to join this is the reason the price is always going up, since the more members there are the more bribes have to be paid.
