Charin

Charin is a title in the Church of Char hierarchy, it is the 3rd highest in the order following the High Char and his arch Charin. The name of the rank is also the name the titleholders are expected to take onto themself following their appointment and so far everyone who has risen to the rank have done so.

Appointment

When one is appointed to the rank of Charin the follower of the church of Char must relinquish his birth name and instead take the name Charin. They still keep their family names and may still tell others what their birth name was and so on, but in formal settings their name is Charin after being raised to the rank.

Duties

Giving wisdom and teaching those who would listen the teachings of the Church of Char. They also instruct children in the orphanages, run by the chruch, when they have time.

Responsibilities

Leading the followers in his faith at his appointed temple, if any, aswell as making decisions regarding the temple maintenance.
