The honest and dutiful commander of Vi Caelum is a true force to be reckoned with he usually seen wearing his silver plate armor and to battle he rides a griffon.
He holds his followers respect both thanks to his skill and his judgement. While he does not like to pass judgment he is dutiful to the laws and his men say the a more straight arrow will never be found.

Personal history
Cador of Taloncliffe was born to a peasant mother and shunned by most because of his unusual appearance and it was not long into his teens that his mother fell ill and soon after passed. Left to fend for himself he began to steal to survive. To his great fortune the one to catch him was a knight of Vi Caelum, feeling sorry for the lad he offered him a place as his squire, provided he never again steal or break the laws of justice.
Cador was a natural as a freerider, his fearlessness and agility would prove his greatest strength when competing with his peers for a place amongst the freeriders. After 5 years as a squire to the knight, known as Hastor Longwing he passed his trail to become a sky knight of Vi Caelum. But it would not be two full months before misfortune struck again, while out fighting a bandit party Cador's mentor and friend fell to a man with shining red skin covering one arm. The freeriders managed to fight the bandits off but not without heavy casualties. Following the funeral for their fallen brothers and sisters Cador took on the name of his fallen mentor Longwing.
