Bealog Steppes
This is the land where Baelos makes his mark, it is a dry plateau on the north-western edge of Abaddon.
Geography
This is a land of extremes with its close proximity to The Frozen Wastes some parts of the plateau get icy cold when the sun is not directly hitting the flat ground with its light, other parts of the land have lava floods running through it on a semi-permanent basis. These contrast makes the people and animal who live here tough and dangerous.
Fauna & Flora
Many of the animals who live on the plateau either are to big to be hunted by normal predators or have learned to use this environment to their advantage. You can find giant mammoths and other large herbivores here, as well as the lava-crawling turtle.
As for vegetation you mave find this land quite bare if you are not getting close to the lava floods, closer to these regions you may find more exotic flora than you would expect in a land so far to the north.
