Arena Arce
The fortress city of The Slithering Sands is the capital of Viperas and the main seat of Romulos. It is a large sandstone fortress in the middle of the desert with a deep mine under the city.
It is a place where you may find thieves, miners and slaves in Lower Town while most of the people of means and nobility live in Upper Town.
Infrastructure
Built like a traditional fortress but with sandstone rather than normal stone which gives the city a unique white colour. Since wood is rare in the desert only the rich use it as building material, most of the common folk use either sandstone or fabrics for building their homes.
