Mountains of Divide

Jagged brows by the sea

Far off in the distance, one can see the peaks of the sharp shale cliffs known as the Mountains of Divide. This small mountain range is an important landmark for the separation of Easton Woods and Midpass regions. The ancient Yonuran forces attempted to build a fortress here, but the brittle rock is of little use apart from a natural barrier from invaders and storms from Kilgore's Arm.

Geography

The Mountains of Divide are harsh mudstone and shale cliffs with very few safe traveling paths. The geology of the mountains makes traversing the range treacherous and very ill-suited for structures. The areas that do sustain vegetation bear ragged plants similar to the meadows and forests of the Easton Woods.
