Aarde

The planet of Aarde is the central piece of this setting, which is a near-future sci-fi/fantasy setting building off of the setting of a webcomic, The Out-of-Placers. Its history begins roughly in the year 1430, not long after a conquest by the nation that, at the time, had the most advanced technology and most manpower. There is no magic in this setting, and it follows mostly current scientific theory, with the "fantasy" element being the presence of nonhuman races on the same planet.
