Lost his wife to monsters after the Desaturation while fleeing town north of Starmetal Hills. He's hoping to find his kids who'd moved away years ago. He has no idea if they're safe. The stress of that and the trauma of losing his wife is clearly getting to him. Has banded with the other Tent City Survivors hoping they will lead to his kids eventually.
