Admittance

Patient arrived at 12:14, vitals normal with slightly elevated blood pressure. Light, recent bruising on the skull. Fingertips of right hand bloody, several splinters embedded deeply. Minor internal bruising of ribs. Patient was unresponsive to any stimulus.

• Patient unresponsive to basic medical regiment
• Patient discovered to have datajack (implanted MCT 2069 WA33-2114 ) still maintaining active matrix connection
• Patient brain activity shows reduced Alpha/Beta and increased Delta/Theta, similar to average coma victim.
• Patient appears malnourished, improper diet maintained for significant period of time
• Nerve decay indicates potentially significant case of NDS

Treatment

Attempt to disconnect matrix functionality of commlink resulted in paroxysms and vitals dipping dangerously. Re-establishing connection restored vitals. Use of drugs, magic, and matrix techniques proved inconclusive. Patient marked as "coma." Next of kin contacted.
