Corporate Council

The Corporate Council is a secretive though publicly known group of the most powerful AAA corporations. They possess a charter, court system, and set of secret laws which their members, and in fact all corporations, must abide by - even if ignorant of the laws themselves. The Corporate Council often intercedes on minor issues but rarely takes major action, and when it does the world shakes in its wake.
