Cognitive-Fragmentation Disorder

CFD is a new little known disorder seemingly caused by nanotechnology implants in the affected individual. CFD overwrites the individual, replacing it with an entirely new personality - the effect is far stronger then that of a Persona chip, and is also permanent - the nanites completely reorganize the individuals mind.
The first known case was in 2067 and remained rare until the CFD outbreak in Boston in 2073, which is currently being investigated and secured by Ares Macrotechnology.
