Basira sends this data by courier, and instructs you to view it securely and offline.
It appears to be a collection of financial records from and to encoded bank numbers, the primary account appears to be from the FBA (Frankfurt Bank - modern Swiss Bank aggregate) which is being tracked by this dataset. The numbers and coded entries are incapable of being deciphered without a reference, but the values being transferred are routinely in the millions of nuyen, coming from a variety of accounts over the last decade (64 - 70 mainly) and mostly being paid out to outside accounts (67-73 mainly). It appears that much of the money being transferred into the primary account comes from internal accounts, IE accounts already held by FBA, while none of the outgoing accounts are internal. The dataset reveals a coded matrix node, the matrix equivalent of a Safe Deposit Box, which appears to have been paid up for the last 8 years
