Basira Al'Kaz - Esprit File

Basira Al'Kaz was born in Marseilles in the Algerian Quarter in 2038 to Saifut Al'Kaz (Milieu Marseilles Captain : DECEASED) and Eloise Recedieux (DECEASED). She attended school at the Marseilles Academy of St. Laurent and later graduated from the Paris Descartes College with a MA in Metaphilosophy. While at college she attended and later chaired numerous radical left-wing organizations, including Paris Rouge which would later be indicted for the bombing of the SK Regional HQ in Paris.
Following university she returned to Marseilles and engaged in numerous political actions, continuing to organize with radical groups and encourage resistance to what she saw as imperialism and the death of the spirit. She has not been linked to any criminal actions. She draws a stipend from a trust fund which allows her to finance her living situation, which includes a loft at 17 Rue de Laviegne in dowtown Marseilles - she apparently holds no other legitimate real estate.
Over the last year and a half her influence with Marseilles Libre has grown disproportionate to her status, word on the street is that she has been spreading large amounts of cash to party leaders and the rank and file - in amounts her trust would not be able to meet. Her rhetoric is fiery and includes frequent calls to violent action.
On the night of the incident with Manon Levandreux she was at a scheduled meeting of the Marseilles Libre at their office in the Wharf, she returned at 8:47:03 according to her monitors.
