Sazo Taan

Sazo came from a very wealthy Commerce Guild family but ran away with some artifacts, after finding out that their company was working with the Korluu the Hutt doing blackmarket deals. He made his way to the outer rim looking to fuel his true passion of archeology and anicient civiliation.   Because his family and the Hutts were both looking for him Sazo fell in with a crew that seemed most able to protect him and help him do some exploration. During their time together they happened upon a hyperspace route through the unknown regions. While exploring the route they discovered a lost expedition that clued them in on a dangerous Jedi mission with an enemy, the rakghouls, that could threaten the whole galaxy.   After defeating the rakghoul scourge Sazo stuck around for awhile while the crew turned their sights on overthrowing the Empire and joining the rebellion. During their missions Sazo became a very adept slicer but couldn't handle to every present danger of the rebellion so he used some old contacts with Grimo the Hutt to settle into a more stable life on Nar Shaddaa.   Unfortunately he was too successful as a slicer and was eventually noticed by Korluu. When Grimo began to lose power Korluu seized the opprotunity to capture Sazo and put him to work slicing for him as payment for all the past trouble. Sazo lived as Korluu's captive for a number of years until his freedom was bought by the Rebellion Zephy Cell
