Inspired by Storypath's Anima setting, welcome to a near future world where the differences between what is physical and what is digital are becoming minimalized.    The Arcadia Haven is an corporate city-state on a manmade city outside in the waters off the Pacific North West, outside the jurisdiction of the United States. A corporate haven, it is the brain child of  it is owned and operated as joint venture by the five largest corporations.   It started as a dream of Dr. XXXX, who wanted a place to develop technologies, such as the Glass technology, and  A technological marvel, it is the brain child of YYYYY, who thought up developed it as the headquarters for his corporation with the success of Glass, a neuro implant that allows entry into virtual reality, as well as augments the existing reality.
