The Syndicate - colors: black - followers of Phonoi cannot be found. They will find you. Living in the shadows and alleyways they are the knife in the darkness. All followers of Phonoi are hired assassins. Only killing when it's divine decree or contracted. It is rumored that a bloody ritual must be made while praying her name is needed in order to contact the Syndicate, but details of said order are not known to public knowledge.
