Eventually, civilizations and society grew to the point where people began to live normal lives. With this comes the normal birth of curiousity. For some the idea of a regulated life seems like a cage, and then need to explore their surroundings pushes them on the urge for adventure. Basset is said to be the incarnation of these feelings. Always curious and hardly standing still, Basset encourages those who want to travel the path of the unknown. See and experience everything. The need for curiousity outweighs any fear of danger.

Adventurers - colors: all - any individual who gains the the spark of adventure is blessed by Basset. Basset does not require worship, nor adoration. He watches over any that travel the path. Bouncing and binding with joy as he walks amongst them. It was Basset that led the first adventurers to the discovery of the Aetheryte crystals and it is the spark of adventure that gives them access to use it. Without the blessing of Basset, one cannot travel the crystal network of the Aetherytes. For the spark of adventure is the spark of the divine.
